Returns and Refunds

At ADAYNA, your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items according to the terms detailed below, depending on the delivery method chosen when ordering.

 

- Orders delivered by postal delivery:

- Return conditions:

- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. (It is recommended to choose a tracked shipment. I am not responsible for losses or thefts occurring during returns.)

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

- Sale or promotional items cannot be returned.

- Jewelry is not eligible for return.

- Any return not complying with the above conditions will be returned to you at your expense.

- Return procedure:

1. Complete the return form by clicking here . Don't forget to include your order number.

2. Carefully pack the items (preferably in the original packaging) and include the completed form inside.

3. Send your package to the address indicated on the form, via La Poste or a relay point.

 

 

- Orders collected via Click & Collect (Saint-Hilaire du Harcouet):

- Return conditions:

- You also have 14 days after collecting your order to request a return.

- Returns are preferably made in person, by appointment in Saint-Hilaire du Harcouet. (If you prefer to return your order by post, this is still possible at your expense. In this case, please fill out the return form indicated in the section - Orders delivered by post).

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

- Sale or promotional items may be returned.

- Jewelry is not eligible for return.

- Any return not complying with the above conditions will be returned to you at your expense.

- Return procedure:

1. Please fill out the return form by clicking here . Don't forget the order number. (This form is exclusively for returns of orders collected from C&C in Saint-Hilaire).

2. Carefully pack the items (preferably in the original packaging) and include the completed form inside.

3. Contact me by email at the following address: adaynacontact@gmail.com to arrange an appointment in Saint-Hilaire to make the return.

 

 

- Refund :

- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

- Only the items will be refunded. The initial delivery costs are not included in the refund.

- If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

 

 

(Items are checked before each shipment/delivery. Defects due to wear and tear or use cannot be covered)
